Getting  the right treatment:
 
Who should I contact?
 
 
New self-check in desk in the surgery.
This will help when the surgery is busy and patients can use the kiosk to check themselves in to their appointment

Patient Access now available at the practice.
This will enable patients to order repeat prescriptions online and or book appointments with the GPs.  Please ask for information from the reception staff who will be happy to assist.

TRAVEL CLINIC
Patients will now receive a form to complete and hand back to the surgery. The practice nurse will then check the form and inform the patient of what injections they require and then an appointment will be made to administer these vaccinactions.

Complaints Procedure
We hope you are completely satisfied with the service we provide, however, if you are unhappy about any aspect of your care please direct your complaint, in writing, to the Practice Manager. If we are unable to resolve your issue promptly and to your satisfaction you may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau for additional advice.
